Information You Affirmatively Give Us. We collect your personal information from you when you access and use our Website or use our Services. This information includes your name, email address, telephone number, and a password when you create an account with us. The personal information can include your address and financial information, such as credit card information, when you purchase our Services. We may collect from you information about the person (“Invitee”) for whom you intend to use our Services. By providing the Invitee’s information, you expressly represent that you have the authority to do so. We collect information you choose to upload and convey via our Messaging App, including written messages and videos. All information uploaded or provided must comply with the Terms of Service. Other Information We Collect. We also collect personal information about you when you visit our Website or use our Services. This information can include your IP address, geolocation (country and city) from where you visit our Website, browser type, and mobile device. We also collect the Invitee’s geolocation data when he or she initiates the “SOS” call via the Jewelry. Children’s Privacy; Users Under the Age of 17. Our Website is not designed to attract children aged thirteen (13) and under. We do not seek or knowingly collect personal information from children aged 13 and under and, they are not allowed to create accounts to employ our Services without a parent or guardian. If a child aged 13 or under will be a User of our Services, a parent or guardian must create the account and affirmatively consent to the collection of personal information about the minor who will use our Services.
