Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
Since Talsam strives to ship your order as quickly as possible after ordering, you may cancel a non-personalized order as long as the order status is in process. If your order status is shipped, it cannot be canceled. We do not accept the cancellation of personalized orders more than 24 hours after an order is placed. No refund will be given for personalized orders canceled more than 24 hours from the time of order.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To return an item(s), please contact us by telephone at 1-855-5TALSAM (1-855-582-5726), Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 9:00PM EST, or by email at email@example.com to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to request a Return Form. This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address where you will need to ship the item(s). The item(s) you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging, enclosures/product documentation, and all accessories.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.
Please note that you are responsible for paying all shipping costs, and where applicable, including but not limited to, any duties, customs, and tariffs. Talsam will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned package(s) is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the item(s) exchanged or returned, less any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.
Personalized items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Engraving fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. After your return has been inspected, if your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 14 business days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If your return is not approved, we will email you stating the reason your refund was not approved.
Packages delayed in shipping from the carrier are not eligible for a refund of the shipping costs or any other applicable shipping costs, to include but not limited to, duties, customs, and tariffs.
Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. After your exchange has been inspected, we will process your new order within the guidelines as indicated under Order Processing and Shipping. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the new order, as indicated under Order Processing and Shipping.

How Does Talsam Work?
Talsam uses Bluetooth® technology to connect to your smartphone. Every charm contains a set of six LED lights on its face that delivers a glowing notification when you receive a message sent using the Talsam mobile app.
Talsam charms also contain a motor for delivering vibration alerts, a button for sending SOS alerts and unlocking private messages, and a USB-C® connector for charging the charm.
How Do I Send Secret Messages?
Secret messages are protected using two-factor authentication. To access a secret message, you need to use an additional method to authenticate your identity, like your password, pressing the button on your charm, your fingerprint, or some other biometric input.
To send a secret message, switch the secrecy toggle to ‘ON’ when sending a message.
How Do I Charge My Charm?
Talsam contains a built-in USB-C® connector that you can plug into a power source, a computer, or even a smartphone. Talsam charms can be fully charged in less than 2 hours.
How Do I Send An SOS Alert?
To send an SOS alert* with Talsam, simply hold down the button on the charm for 5 seconds. The charm will vibrate to let you know that the alert was sent. The emergency contact(s) specified in your account then receives an automated text message and email containing your location, along with an automated phone call.
