When Will My Order Ship?
After your order has been placed, you will receive an email receipt of your order. You will receive another email once your order has shipped that will include tracking information based on the method of shipping you choose.
For Non-Personalized Orders: Normal order processing time can take between 1 - 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For Personalized Orders: Normal order processing time can take between 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day, and are then subject to the normal order processing time. Orders placed during the holiday season will be processed within 5 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
What Are My Shipping Options?
Complimentary Shipping: We offer complimentary USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Sales tax and applicable engraving and/or gift wrap fees will apply.
Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Talsam does not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, UPS pick-up locations, or hotels. Talsam is able to accept PO box addresses for your billing needs.
To ensure delivery of your Talsam order, we only offer shipping methods with tracking information (USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day). With the exception of the complimentary USPS Priority Mail option, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the shipping method you choose.
When shipping items to multiple addresses on the same order, you will be charged a separate shipping fee for each ship-to address.
What is the Cut-Off Time for Next Business Day Shipping?
Non-personalized orders placed by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday, can be shipped UPS Next Day within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. For next business day shipping on personalized orders, the order will be shipped as soon as the order is received from the engraving company.
When Will My Order Arrive?
For delivery to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, please allow up to 7 business days for items to arrive once the order has shipped. Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed. Talsam is not responsible for any delays in shipping once the order has shipped.
Same day delivery (Manhattan only) - $40
Customers in Manhattan who order by 12:00pm EST, Monday-Friday, can select same-day delivery for a fee of $40.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a USPS or UPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, UPS will leave a re-delivery slip.
We cannot ship to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotel or motel address. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America.

How Does Talsam Work?
Talsam uses Bluetooth® technology to connect to your smartphone. Every charm contains six LED lights on its face that deliver a glowing notification when you receive a message sent using the Talsam mobile app.
Talsam charms also contain a motor for delivering vibration alerts, a button for sending SOS alerts and unlocking private messages, and a USB-C® connector for charging the charm.
How Do I Send Secret Messages?
You can mark any of the following messages as secret: photos, videos, voice notes, and stylized quotes. To do so, set the Secret Message toggle at the top of the screen to the ON position before you send the message. It will now require the recipient to use two-factor authentication to unlock it.
How Do I Charge My Charm?
Talsam contains a built-in USB-C® connector that you can plug into a power source, a computer, or even a smartphone. Talsam charms can be fully charged in less than 2 hours.
How Do I Send An SOS Alert?
To send an SOS alert* with Talsam, simply press and hold the button on the charm for 5 seconds.
The charm will vibrate to let you know that the alert was sent. The emergency contact(s) specified in your account will receive a text message and email containing your location, along with an automated phone call.
